What you do:
- You are the point of contact for the co-working and you pick up the telephone and take care of mailing
- You manage the day-to-day operations, both for administration and operations
- You are the go-to person for every problem and you also know how to tackle them with a hands-on mentality
- You organise various activities to bring the coworkers together
- You manage the reservations of meeting rooms, monitor the agenda of our activities and coordinate events with various partners (during the day and in the evening)
Your profile:
- You have an enthusiastic and dynamic personality with a neat appearance
- You know how to tackle and think solution-oriented
- You can be flexible and have strong organisational skills
- You can work very independently and take the necessary initiatives
- You have a first experience in the event, hotel or hospitality sector
