1. General - what is the purpose of this privacy policy?
1.1. The website available at the address https://www.blackboxx.be (hereafter: the ‘Website’) is operated by and is the property of BLACKBOXX bv, with business number BE0679.691.272 and with registered office at 8000 Bruges, Krakeleweg 39 (hereafter: ‘The controller’, ‘BLACKBOXX’, ‘we’ or ‘our’).

3.1 BLACKBOXX processes your personal information provided by you on or through the Web site solely for purposes of customer management, including contacting you, administration, ordering, fulfillment of an agreement, billing and follow-up.

This data is processed automatically (even without any registration), only for statistical purposes and with a view to further improvement of BLACKBOXX's Website.

In any event, we will not retain your personal data for longer than two (2) years after termination of the agreement with BLACKBOXX.

However, the revocation of your permission is not retroactive and the lawfulness of the processing based on your permission before the revocation thereof shall remain intact.

8 What are our obligations?
8.1. We take all the appropriate measures to guarantee the security level that is aligned with the risks for and during the protection of your personal data.
